  Franchise Partner:  

Partner who is ready to run his/her business in the brand name of Ellcon Services with revenue sharing. Ellcon Services grants a permission to use Ellcon Services Brand Name, credentials and available resources.

All Ellcon Services Products and Services are available for partners to offer to customers, to sell and generate revenues , Permissions are granted based on capability of franchisee Partner and his team. Partner shall register an exclusive entity as Franchisee of Ellcon Services. Suitable for Partners who are enterprising and market savvy and  have investment capacity of 5 Lakhs to 20 lakhs and can wait for good returns.

Partner should have ability to sustain the break even period of 12- 18 Months.
Ellcon Services shall provide required guidance, support and services for assignments taken up by its partners to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and develop a mutually beneficial relationship.
 

The projected returns vary based on the location, team size and quality, business development and investment capacity. Estimated returns vary from 10% to 100% Per annum.
 

  Role of Franchisee : 

• Shall undertake business development and marketing for the services being rendered by Ellcon Services in his/her assigned region/territory.
• Shall be required to make investment from the start till end.
• Shall be responsible for all payment collections from the clients.
• Shall be responsible for providing all possible local support to the client.

 

  Role of Ellcon Services   

• Shall suggest business opportunities to the Franchisee.
• Shall work out bidding costs and other business proposals for the Franchisee.
• Shall extend hand holding support to the Franchisee during the entire tenure of the contract.
• Shall make available experts from its own resources on case to case basis
